Rodney McKee, Executive Director
Rodney’s mantra is simple: put residents at the center of everything we do. He believes that fulfilling our hospitality promises to them is the true measure of success at The Bayshore, where he leads a talented team of department heads.
With more than 20 years of experience in senior living, Rodney has worked in communities of all sizes, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care. He brings a broad range of experience, from frontline service to operations management, across multiple departments such as Culinary, Housekeeping, and Administration. Over the years, he has served in roles including Director of Housekeeping for a retirement community, Business Office Director, and, for the past several years, Executive Director—giving him extensive knowledge and well-rounded expertise.
For Rodney, learning each resident’s story and having the honor of caring for them is what makes his work at The Bayshore so deeply rewarding.
